Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
Welcome to The Fogarty Center’s EVV information page!
EVV is required every time a service is provided by your employee. Employees can use the EVV app or landline phone to record their start and end times. The EVV app can be downloaded to a smartphone or tablet for free.
If the employee lives in SAME house/apartment building as YOU, s/he does NOT have to complete EVV, just a timesheet.
All other employees that do not live in home MUST complete EVV.
EVV does not replace your payroll responsibilities. Think of EVV as a timeclock that simply records visit start and end times. You must still complete your payroll as you do now.
