The Human Rights Committee (HRC) is an independent volunteer committee that ensures that the rights of people with developmental disabilities are promoted and upheld to its highest standards. The HRC meets regularly and routinely addresses incident report management, behavioral protocols and client grievances. The Fogarty Center and Living Innovations have formed a joint Human Rights Committee.
