The Fogarty Center believes that all people regardless of ability can not only belong, but contribute to the community. We promote these values with a vision that in every industry, qualified referrals from The Fogarty Center can help add to a company’s bottom line. Our team of highly skilled and ACRE-certified employment professionals continue to make an impact while supporting direct hires, Self-Employment opportunities, and our “2 customer” approach of Customized Employment, or consulting with a business to develop creative workforce solutions based upon unmet need. These entirely individualized services are aligned with the job seeker’s strengths, interests, preferences and passions. Some of our cost-free services to job seekers with disabilities and businesses include:
• Employment consultation and job development to add to a company’s bottom line
• On and off-site coaching and training to ensure maximizing employee performance
• Access to an under-tapped workforce, diversity and education
• Expand referral networks and capacity to hire qualified applicants
• Professional development and training
• Vocational assessment and evaluation
• (When applicable) access to tax credits and hiring incentives
