Established in 1952, the Fogarty Center is a private, non-profit agency that provides a variety of services and supports to children and adults with intellectual, developmental and/or other disabilities.
Providing Residential Opportunities, Self-Directed Support, Day Services and Children’s Services, the Fogarty Center is one of the original provider agencies in Rhode Island. We continue to refine and enhance our services with a commitment to developing innovating and individualized opportunities.
The Fogarty Center is dedicated to ensuring prompt service delivery with individualized and family oriented supports.
As of January 1st, 2017, Ocean State Community Resources, Inc. (OSCR) and The Fogarty Center have merged into one entity.
