The Fogarty Center provides residential care in various residential settings throughout Rhode Island. Each residence is individualized and tailored to the needs of the person(s) living there.
All residential programs have thoroughly trained staff that provide supports according to the needs of the individual.
Residential services are funded through the Rhode Island Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals (BHDDH) and offered to individuals with developmental disabilities after the age of 21. Individuals must meet BHDDH’s eligibility requirements, and be deemed eligible for residential services by their assigned BHDDH Social Worker.
